We had the pleasure of having Ritu care for our boys prior to her opening Lily Pads Childcare. Ritu has a big heart. It never seemed like a job to her as she always has a smile on her face and you can see the love that she has for the kids. I would not hesitate to recommend Ritu to prospective parents.

Ms Ritu is a caring, patient and kind person. I knew her from her previous daycare center. Always have a smile on her face. Both my kids adore her. It makes me happy to send my kids off everyday and know they are well taken care off. 5 stars for you!!

One of the best daycares. Owner (Ritu) is so nice and caring. One thing that hit me hard is that she is not business minded at all [she genuinely cares about the kids]. All of my kids in future are going there for sure!!
